It is with great sadness that I post in here as a long time friend of my dh's ONLY 50 yrs old has died suddenly of a HEART ATTACK. ..this FAB warm kind man did our bricklaying for our extension and tho was quite overweight-still comes as a shock to our family as I only saw him last week-when he look fine!!

So to his wife and kids I send out my deepest sympathy and hope they can get thro this shock bless them all and to a DEAR MALC..who was such a lovely guy -very sad!

a reminder to us all I THINK.. ...We get ONE LIFE HERE-we spend FAR too much time Worrying-working too hard and not enough time ENJOYING our actual time here!

so ENJOY LIFE-for we ALL dont know what number we have!

So sorry to hear this Jackie, and i agree with you.. My son has just lost a friend at the age of 30..
I will have Malc's family in my prayers...

So sorry to hear about your friend Malc, his poor family will be devastated...my thoughts are with them and your Hubbie (it must be hard to understand when you lose a friend so young)

Jackie this is very sad, and my thoughts are with you and your friends family at this sad time. I know only too well how a heart attack can strike at someone so young who apears so fit and well as my husband thankfully was saved by bypass surgery earlier this year, if he hadnt gone to the doctor with what he thought was heartburn I dread to think what would have happened.
I agree with what you say, we are only here for a short time, try to make every minute count, and most of all be happy. xxxx
