
yep Sit ups and stretches for the waist will do it
I always measure everything before i start and then record it every week to see what the differnence is - motivates you no end
Drink loads of water - this gets rid of the orange peel look and makes the skin radient - and its free
I had a treadmill - but it can take ages to see results so hubby uses it
I had a gravity walker which was the best piece of kit i ever ever bought - it was brill - but i thought id outgrown it and so bought a gazelle but that was awful so i bought an elliptical trainer and that was useless so guess what???
Last month i bought the strider gravity walker again - bargain off ebay BRAND NEW from a sports retailer too - 29.85 and 20 postage and i use it for 30 mins a day and ive lost 6lbs,
I have thighs that can crush walnuts !!! a bum that has my hubby drooling, a stomach that i can rest my cup of tea on, and the old arms and bust have firmed up too.
All joking aside its a brill piece of kit and whats more its great fun - i dont even know im on it - music blaring and i have even invented some inner thigh toning methods as well
Id recomend it - If you lived nearer you could come have a try lol
If you dont want to spend money - i can scan some tummy excercises from my rosemary connolly and bikini diet books for you they really do the biz - when im trying to get toned for my hols i use both the excercises from the book ( only ten mins a day) and my strider
