What is the best thing to use to stick wallpaper on? I've tried glue but I got loads of bubbles in it

Hi Katherine,
I actually use pre-mixed wallpaper paste..You can buy a small tub at any DIY store..it is just the right thickness and allows you to move the paper whilst sticking it on the walls..Good luck..

Hi Avril, looking at the christmas box sue had made I was inspired. But i want to light it with a cieling light a wall light and 2 sockets but I have never done lightting before so can you help me with wjat I need to buy?

Hi Ruth
I still use the traditional method of lighting..so I can give some info on that..
I use copper tape..soldering iron.. and brass eyelets for the sockets..
You will also need a transfomer for the power..If you send me your email addy I can send an instruction sheet I have used for years...

The gorgeous doll prams you have, the ones outside the baby shop, can these be bought in larger sizes like for say a 12" doll to fit in?

Can you please post links to where they can be bought from.

Are the 12th scale prams heidi ott ones? Can you post links for these please.

Are there any realistic looking 12th scale dolls to buy like babys etc? i remember seeing somewhere some girls in a bedroom and they were really lovely not like the usual doll house dolls, very realistic, but can't for the life of me remeber where i saw them and have no clue where to look for dolls like this, are they a certain brand/type/artist?

Do you have any idea if the kish dolls like riley and ellery would 'work' with the 12th scale stuff?

I know i want to collect some of the nursery stuff as i love it, but want some really cute small dolls to go with it, can you please help Avril

The prams aren't Heidi ott prams..and as far as I know they are only made in 1/12th size so would'nt be suitable for a 12" doll..

The Riley and Kish dolls I think are too big for most 1/12th scale items..

I used to buy my doll house dolls from Katie sue dolls but the business has now been taken over..the new owner is Georgina Ritson and her dolls look promising..I don't have links right now as they are on my main computer which I am still waiting on arriving from Cyprus along with our furniture etc..but I will post links as soon as I have it here and up and running..also check ebay..there are some nice dolls out there..you just have to search for them..

The nursery items I find browsing ebay..it is amazing what you can find..

I have been looking on ebay uk and not had much luck finding cute things like yours but the states is looking good and i found a site that does some Heidi Ott prams, they are cute too, have'nt found any cute dolls though, can't wait till you get your comp back so you can share the links with us, thankyou again for all your help

I hope you don't mind me butting in Avril, but I think the dolls Cindy is referring to are the ones KarenC has in her bedroom with her Grandma. If they are then they are by Bellabelle Dolls http://www.bellabelledolls.co.uk/ She also has an ebay shop and exhibits at Pudsey Fair (well she was at the last one, with some wonderful dolls)

I don't mind at all Kathryn..I did think of Karens dolls and knew I had a link to the lady who made them but couldn't think who she was yesterday..
I think I left my brain in Cyprus..
I forgot my new address yesterday while filling out a form..My mind just went completely blank..I am sure the girl in the store thought I was mad...

Am looking at maybe getting the kish sized dolls as these are a bit bigger and easier to handle, it suits my clumsy nature better, although i may get 1 Ott pram and 1 12th doll as i just love them
