Hiya, Can anyone tell me where its best to put the Baby Fat,( no rude replies),LOL.
I know to put some in the tummy, but is there anywhere else??????

I fill the cloth bodies with the baby fat but that is the only place i use it. Its pointless using it in the limbs because you wont feel it anyway through the vinyl and it will react so best not to. i use glass granules for the limbs and glass beads for the head.

Thankyou Eve & Mandy, i'll give it a go. Do you have to use a lot of it???? I have only used polly pellets in my others.

When I fill my bodies (depending on the weight I am trying to achieve!) I sometimes place a small bag of glass beads into the bottom part of the body, to add extra weight. Then I get a stocking/bag and fill with baby fat to almost fill the body, then top off with fibre fill. This will give the baby a lovely cuddly feel.

When using baby fat always ensure that the joints don't come into contact with baby fat, I tuck fibre fill between the joints and the bag/stocking to prevent this.

HELLO ... I ALWAY REFILL MY REBORNS AND I TOO MAKE A COTTON BAG AND FILL THAT WITH THE "BABY FAT PELLETS " AND THEN JUST USE THIS IN THE TUMMY .... AS IF YOU PUT IT IN THE HEAD AREA ... YOU CAN NOT FEEL IT ,SO FOR THE HEAD I USE GLASS BEADS AND ALSO OF THE ARMS AND LEGS TOO ...BUT I DO MAKE LONG SAUSAGES OUT OF COTTON THE PUT THE GLASS BEADS INTO .... AS I THINK JUST MAYBE THEY MAY CUT THE VINYL .... I HOPE I TOO HAVE BEEN OF SOME HELP TO YOU ...MANY HUGS...VAL X

I just bought some baby fat pad things, they feel great, and are only £2.50 for 2. They weight 4oz each, so if you used on in the bum and one in the tummy, then thats already half a pound
