where am i going wrong,i start a diet i lower my calorie intake sweets chocolate etc, well this is my 2nd day and i am feel sick like the sick you feel when you don't eat :( what am i doing wrong,maybe i don't need to lose wait maybe i'm coming down with something this is what i have eaten today and the excurise i have done
toke Hermione to school came home had peanut butter on toast 2 slices, dinner was 6 meatballs and bread an butter,an apple, picked Hermione up fm school i have had a current bun toke the girls out on bike holding Amy on
this is day 2 and everytime i am ok for one day by the end of the second i have to eat to stop me feeling sick and its starts over again,should i not be dieting am i not eating enough,
You're not eating enough.Where was lunch?
You need a good breakfast which will release sugar slowly like oat based ones to keep your energy up throughout the day.
Something like oat based cereal and fruit for breakfast then lunch of a salad sandwich,yogurt more fruit or any healthy soup and sandwich plus a healthy dinner with lots of fresh veggies,protein etc.
Try eating between meals to keep your metabolism fired up like eating a handful of nuts,fruit or protein.
And remember drink plenty of water as well as low sugar fruit juices etc especially important if you exercise alot.
Your body is going pro-*test*-('") a bit because it's being forced to switch to healthy foods and not christmas choccies but it shouldn't be making you feel sick.
get a box of special k, try there 2 week challenge, it will get you started off, in between when you feel empty try a apple, banana,,,,,,,,,,or if you like it raw carrot, but do have 1 balanced meal, last night i had jacket tatie, a little low fat spread on it, a tiny bit of grated cheese, lots of lettuce, cucumber and a tomato, then a low fat muller rice for pud, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,alway try to have some fruit every day, and i never miss out on my drinks, i only use semi skimmed milk, but if i have a desperate moment i make a half milk and water hot chocolate drink, hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh anfd if you like cous cous, a bowl of that is ok to make you feel fuller,
lunch was the tosted tea cake, i tryed special k same thing and i was having a meal but i cant eat big portions so its never anything heavy, i drink plenty but it mainly tea or coffe tea has no sugar and a tiny amount of milk,coffe has too much milk, and sugar i have cut down i ust to have 3 sugars now im down to 1 an can go with out if i need to, i didnt over eat at christmas i never do i can only just mange christmas dinner on christmas day every sunday is the same breakfast lunch keeps me full all day, i have a tiny stomach just cant eat lots i will have another go at special k and snack on rice cakes or ryvita i love that, ok so i need to increase food intake just lower the bad stuff altho i will be hvaing a kitkat and a coffe when i watch torchwood over the next few weeks

thank you, i don't need to lose a lot of weight i am tiny but i want to keep to a healthy diet and lose a few lbs i think i am looking and dieting in the wrong way i thought i could diet again sensibly but maybe i still have a few food isues,maybe i should just eat when i'm hungry but make sure its not unhealthy,
At least you are making an effort, I cant even get motivated to start mine yet.
If only there was a pill that blanked your mind to food for long enough to get you out of the habit of craving all the while....
