I got mine wednesday, but with my uncles funerel and other things to do, I haven't had chance to read it as yet, looking forward to reading it this week end.

I paid for my subscription at the June Peterborough show in cash and my name and address was written on a piece of paper, I still havn't recieved my magazine, I'm starting to get a little worried as it is the first one out since the show. I really hope my details havn't ben lost!!

I did my subs a short while ago luckily I should have the paypal confirmation and an email from DD I need to look them up and take to the show if necessary I've still had no mag When I did my first subs it was fine until the last one. Then I just got them in arrears at the shows. I might have to do that again

I am still waiting too - I renewed my subscription for two years in May/June!

It seems that the people that don't have problems with the delivery of their magazines are in the minority.

It really is pretty shabby customer service.

At the moment Cathy is really unwell , she is aware of this post and im sure once she has recovered she will adress the problems .

I got my magazine fine , I usually do ,but think it's a shame it is only going to be quarterly now as I really enjoy it .

I like how this edition is a much better print quality it sems and I think the article about custom ordering and the form to help you do orders is great and i'll definately be using it in the future .

I hope evryone else can get their missing copies soon xx

As it is now October I was wondering am I the only person not to have received their copy of Discover Dolls. Do I just wave goodbye to my 2 year subscription which I took out in April and have only received 1 issue and that came only after several emails and phone calls. I have never experienced such problems with a subscription. Can anyone suggest what I should do next to get the next issue?

No you're not alone Maggie, I'm still waiting for 14 and 15. I renewed my subscription in February.

I am still waiting for Issue 15. I paid cash in June to renew my subscription and wrote my name and address in a book but have heard nothing.
