I paid £39.50 on 24th August and I've received nothing. I'm trying to be patient after reading, I think it was Pat and Cath who said about Kathy being unwell, but I'm not overly impressed. 40 quid isn't peanuts I do think I should have had my mag by now. There's a fair bit of interest being earned if there's a few like me around!

Yes Cathy isnt well at the moment and i know as soom as she is able she will try and sort problems out but what you have to remember Warners have taken over the subscriptions so any problems with subscriptions cant be blamed on Cathy you need to ring Warners .

Hi, I have always had problems and have had to ring Warners in the past and they told m e that my payment and order information had never been sent to them. I order them one by one as they come out.
So I have not paid for a subscription only issue 15 but still no joy!

I told Cathy in numerous emails that I cannot ring and she said she would sort it and send me a replacement issue 14 but I am still waiting for that and issue 15.
I have written to Warners but am being ignored by them as well.

what's Warners contact details please I'll contact them and see if I have any luck. I can send a copy of my paypal confirmation but it says I've paid Discover Dolls and gives cathy@discoverdolls email. Do you think they'll acknowledge it if it doesn't say Warners?

i pay for mine one by one after the subscripition never seemed to arrive on time, i paid on 21 sept for issue 15, i dont think they should still be accepting payments if there is no mag to send out.

When after many months had passed and I hdn't received issue 14 I was told to contact Warners who are very helpful once you get through top someone!
I spoke to a nice lady called Felicity Peall? and to cut a long story short they had never received payment or my order and I had to fwd my paypal payment notification as proof and something else?(sorry can't remember what it was now)
It was a very lengthy long winded process but the conclustion was that a few days later I received it. Having said all that I paid in the same way for issue 15 on 2/9 and still haven't received it.

well I've just rung warners, they have no record of my payment. I dumped a load of emails a few weeks ago but I've tried to forward my paypal transaction. I've copied and pasted it to the email as well. I've never had a problem before so I just rely on the details being on paypal I need to be a bit more careful!!! Anyway.......... I won't get issue 15 I'm too late for that one the payments go for the next issue which for them is 16 but she said she's not sure when it'll be it's down for Dec but things could change. I'll try and pick 15 up at the show. I'll let you know what the outcome is with Warners.

I am going to take my paypal receipt with me to the show, hope i will be able to get my copy there, I am not a happy bunny. There seems to be a lot of us on here and RA that have not received theres either. Hugs, Mary

Well I suppose I have to say goodbye to nearly £20 as I paid cash at the last Peterborough show and just wrote my name and address in a little book, I did not get a receipt. I had paid cash for the previous subscription and had no problems with that one. Unfortunately I will not be going to the next Peterborough show otherwise I would have spoken to Cathy. Anyone who is going to the next Peterborough show and who paid cash for their subscription at the last show who just wrote their name and address in a little book - I would be grateful if you could let me know whether that little book still exists if you speak to Cathy please.
