Vicki not too sure about if you have had the -*test*-('") confirmed?
But I have suffered with several severe allergies over the last 5/6 years. I have been in hospital many times and had many allergy -*test*-('")s so bare with me while I try and remember.
I think it was about 18months ago now when I had a very bad allergic reaction and was in the hospital, the consultant mentioned wheat intolerance and also gluten intolerance. They said there was a sure -*test*-('") which would tell for sure. And so I was given the -*test*-('"). They have to do what is called a Gastroskophy ( I think that is how its spelt) where they insert a small tube into your mouth and down to your stomach where they take a small sample just at the top of the stomach ( this is called a biopsy) It doesnt hurt and you are awake all the time. You can be sedated if you need to but honestly the worst part is swallowing the tube. The whole thing is done in the shor-*test*-('") time and really it does not hurt. With me the -*test*-('")s came back negative as that is not one of my known allergies. But if you are having so much trouble it may be worth asking your GP about the -*test*-('"), as it would rule out or confirm any problem you may have. Good luck I know its a constant struggle with allergies and intolerance but there are ways of controling things once they have been found out. XXXXX Hope this was a little hep to you. xxx
