OK, so I want to get a dollzone Yuu, mmm :) I am aware that I need money first lol, however I have been looking on the site and you can choose "faceup and dress" does the "and dress" mean that you get the clothes included? 'Cuz I really want the clothes he wears lol.

All the sites vary widely, Beverley and usually ones that include the outfit call it something like "full edition" or "full package". In other words, it depends! Hang on and I will go and check it out...

....hmmm, well I'm getting some technical problems on Dollzone. I can't log in and I can't call up details of any of the dolls at the moment. The screen is freezing.

I looked at Yuu on some of Dollzone's European partner sites and in Australia and in general he appears NOT to come with the outfit. Are you looking at getting him with the red eyes too, as he appears on the DZ listing page? They will be custom eyes you'll need to order separately, I would think. Hopefully someone else will have better luck getting into Yuu's details and answering this for you...but I'll keep trying at Dollzone and come back.

I didn't have any luck, either, Clare....It's a very confusing website and it's not responding well...

Ok, well I think I worked it out! Mary and I were looking at Dollzone, which is Yuu's manufacturer's page and the source of all DZ dolls, of course. Looking again at the TITLE of your thread, you're thinking of buying him from the new D2D website.

Since the options box on there allows you to choose "face-up and dress" and the cost is an extra £40/$80 I think that yes, he DOES come with the outfit illustrated. But it is an English site so if I were you, I'd email them quickly before you order just tomake sure what you're ordering includes wig, eyes, face-up and the outfit as shown.

Well, I think you should get him for the Well Done present AND cos he's your perfect BJD! He DOES look hot in those leathers - but are you going for the red eyes?

Hehe, yeah, I shall get the red eyes, I want a demon boy lol! He could also be turned into a dark angel if the need should arise...I'm mad aren't I?
I may get some other eyes too though just so that I have a choice.
How easy is it to change eyes on a BJD?

Generally speaking it's quite easy, Beverley....mostly the top of the head kind of slides across or even off but the biggest risk is accidentally detaching the stringing which is attached to a hook in the top of the head, when you pull the top of the head away. The eyes themselves sit in the sockets secured by a kind of putty stuff, usually.

There are tutorials on lots of the BJD sites - I don't know much about the DZ dolls but I can't imagine they are all that different from the usual construction. Bunny/Ruth here has a Dollzone BJD so you can always PM her...

If you're unsure about doing it, you could ask D2D to have the doll assembled with the red eyes in....your Yuu will be made to order by DZ so they would do that for you I'm sure, if you ask at the time of ordering. What are the default eyes, I didn't notice?

I think that the default eyes are red, atleast i presume so as it doesn't say different, however I have a hunch that you may be able to choose the colour of eyes anyway which would be good :)
So I may sound thick but ordering it from doll2doll which is a UK site would mean that I don't have to pay customs? Eventhough it would have to come in from outside the EU or does it get shipped to doll2doll and then out to me? Ahhh, this is all so confusing lol :S
