I'm turning my daughter's dollhouse into a grownup one. Unfortunately, when we moved a year ago, ALL that expensive furniture (Bespaq included!) was lost. I have an empty dollhouse.
Here is a fantastic website I'd like you all to visit. This is the most exquisite work I have seen. Isn't it cool?
OMG how awful that you lost all your expensive furniture including Bespaq!!!! It must have been awful!!!!! Can't wait to see your house when done!!!!
What a fabulous site that you added - thank you very much for sharing it with us, my dear friend!!!

And a BIG thankyou for the link to the site - the contemporary designs are amazing - I have never seen anything like them before - miniature works of art - I thoroughly enjoyed every pic

I was fortunate enough to get to see Debbie's doll house and it's really a nice one. I can't wait to see what you do to make it a grown up one! My DH bought a doll house to build (a very expensive victorian kit) when my daughter was 3yrs. old. She's now 16 yrs. old and it's still in the box.

Here's a photo of my daughter's dollhouse.
My Uncle Jim built it for Katie and Jae when they were small. BOTH children could fit inside the downstairs rooms and close the doors. I have that photo somewhere.
He designed them himself, using no pre-made parts. I'll show some pictures of ILvi and Lotta playing with the empty house.

Hi--
Thanks so much! I had the kitchen completely done. I also had the diningroom finished.
I was in the middle of installing a curved staircase and marble tiles (which I made out of baked clay).
All of that stuff is GONE. I've searched this house for over a year now, and none of it shows up. I'm fairly certain the two boxes of furniture got put in the the giveaway. I hate to think of the $ out the window on that!
