Not having sold on paypal since the changes does anyone know when the funds are released? I know they are held till the buyer either gives postive feedback or a claim is made but my buyer has ledt positive feedback on ebay - so hoe long does it take paypal to release those funds to you? Thanks

Hi Jan, I'm not going to be much help here, but I sold something in the last few weeks and I was able to withdraw the money immediately even though I had no contact or feedback from the buyer until weeks later when she returned from holiday.

I had heard you weren't going to be able to withdraw money for a set period (month?) if your feedback was less than 100.
but this hasn't applied to me even though my feedback is 76 (only joined ebay in Jan)

Seems there's been a lot of rumour surrounding the ebay changes and they aren't dealing with it very well as people are very suspicious of ebay just now don't you agree?

Hi, I sell on ebay too and my funds are usually available immediately too, I think there might be a few types of payments that paypal accepts that have to clear before you can withdraw them but I would say definitely contact someone with paypal and find out why you haven't been able to get it because if you already mailed the item and your payment doesn't go thru you will have a huge problem getting your item/money back, especially since sellers can't leave negative feedback now.

Hi Jan, All my recent sales are showing money as paid and cleared-I think the link catherine has supplied explains it better.

I am able to move my funds as they arrive.

If your having any problems-do get in contact with paypal immediately.

i listed a psp, it didnt sell any way, but when i listed i could only have pay pal, no other way to pay, and it said if it sold funds were held for 10 days before i could claim it,
