Could someone please tell me how to stick in the eyelashes. I've seen eyelash glue on the Dollmore website, but nowhere else. Do I need to buy this or is there an adequate household substitute? If I do, is there anywhere within Europe that I can get it? Thanks

I got a wonderful book called the BJD Orbyrarium and it is DELICIOUS Amongst all its treasures is a face-up article by Rachel Graves and she says to use Aleene's Tacky Glue, which I happily already have.

Tacky glue is very helpful :) There is also a tutorial somewhere on DOA which shows how to use tape to apply the lashes from the insides. It can be tricky to learn but once you do it is wonderful! I have glued lashes for years but for bjd I mostly tape them in now- ohhh so much easier! Essentially you trim the lashes to side- trim a bit of tape and attach the lash at theeee very edge and slip through the eye socket from the inside- draw the tape back until the lashes are where you want them and then press the tape to the inside of the head. The add eyes :)
I use DB lashes from Antinas doll supply- but lots of people use strip lashes and regular humas lashes from beauty supply stores.
