Gail, I am pretty sure it is disabled friendly from what I remember.

the show is on ground level but the restaurant (and toilets i think)
are upstairs. I seem to remember a stairlift on the stairs but one of the others could possibly help with this one.

no the toilets are on the ground floor , and im pretty sure theres a lift for the restaurant

There is a wheelchair lift on the stairs for the restaurant, can also be used by people with walking difficulties BUT you have to go and find somebody to operate it for you. Apart from that the show and rest of the place is easily accessible BUT if you're in a chair, the rooms can get crowded and as people use the aisles to display some of their things (to enlarge the size of their stalls) it can be difficult to negotiate.
