And grandma and grandad have at last got new armchairs, I'm pleased with the pink one but not so much the other, its a bit high for grannys legs.

I love it...howclever, you are almost fooled into thinking they are real people in a real house...amazing

Need cheering up today......been to a funeral this afternoon. Someone i met who had the big "C" and sadly lost their battle last week.

The older i get.....the more funerals i attend. It was at the same place as where my darling Daddy was cremated....so a bit daunting for me. But i needed to go to show respect, to comfort family and to prove to myself that i am able to cope with that side of things.

Well done Karen, I love the house and the ladies in it!! They are so comical looking, remind me of my friend and I when we go shopping as she has twins and I end up holding one!!

Hi, thanks for all your lovely comments, I am getting so much enjoyment from collecting bits for this house. And because its not very big, I can buy fewer better bits, I love getting handmade ooak items for it so it brings out the character of the home. I'm am still waiting for a distressed table and chairs I've been promised, but they are still not here, and I'm really looking forward to them arriving. I am also seeking out a 'different' cooker, something like a 1940's style and a bit battered looking.

And Veronica, I have also taken your comment about the baby in the pram, into account. I have now replaced the baby in the pram with a teddy and hung a blanket over the handle so it looks like the baby has just been lifted out. Your right it looks much better

thanx 4 that Katherine, its a brilliant shop and that cooker is just what I want (but is £50 too much??) theres loads of things I like, so will wait till after the show and see what pennies I have left - if any.
I have just seen that cooker in DHW and wondered where it I could get one the same.
