my weakness is bread and savouries not so much chocolate and sweet stuff, so i make my own bread it`s
I PK DRIED YEAST
4 CUPS OF BREAD FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS SALT
1 AND 3/4 CUPS WATER
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND KNEAD FOR QUITE A WHILE SAY 10 MINS REST FOR 10 MINS AND KNEAD AGAIN
DIVIDE INTO TWO LOAF TINS, COVER WITH TEATOWEL AND LEAVE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR
THEN PUT IN OVEN FOR 20 MINS AT 180
IF YOU DONT WANT LOAVES IT MAKES 16 SMALL COBS WHICH CAN BE FROZEN AND TAKEN OUT WHEN NEEDED
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE A BREADMAKER
YEAST FIRST
THEN FLOUR
THEN SALT
THEN WATER
SET TO KNEAD FOR 1 1/2 HRS
LOVELY HOT WITH PHILIDELPHIA LIGHT
I HAVE A COB NEARLY EVERY DAY AND AM STILL LOSING WEIGHT
