This morning was not a great morning. I didn't want to get up, but I had errands to run. I had things to do. And I had people to meet. It was a big day and a day of responsibility. I set my heels in and simply did it.

The highlight of my day? It wasn't the shopping. It wasn't the cheescake tart with the heaps of fresh blueberries on top. It wasn't the Belgian beer. It wasn't the yummy cheeseburger with onion rings. It wasn't finding the perfect accessory for a soon to be doll. It was my furbabies.

When I got up this morning, I picked up Hime and she gave me a big hug. Sashie followed me around and demanded more attention. Hime cuddled in my lap when I got home. Sashie cuddled in my arms as I washed her face. Then, she cuddled some more.

I have the BESTEST cats in the world!

Shawna I am soo jealous of the yummy food you have had..gallstones are forcing me into a VERY boring diet!
I feel much the same as you do, re your cats, about my dog. (Sorry if that's come out a bit strangely...you know what I mean).
Our Jack Russell is always over the moon to see us, even if the last time was only an hour ago! She makes such a fuss we feel like royalty!

For me it's watching my big dog just go crazy when DH comes home and they get to go play fetch.

As well as when the little one does something crazy like chase his tail after a bath, or decide to mimic the big one and sleep upside down on his back.

Zoe makes me happy all the time as she is into everything, I got loads of kitty kisses from her and cuddles too and not only that she is always into mischief which helps to keep me on my toes each day. In fact Zoe makes me so happy just being there for me.

For me, just the fact my two dogs are there makes me happy, I love them to bits!!!!

I have to have a furbaby around. The house would feel so empty without one. I have 3 cats and I love them dearly. When my sweet little Mitzi died in June I just had to get another baby to love and play with. I got my Sammy from the Humane Society a month ago and he lights up my day everyday.
