I have been having problems for a few weeks now and the puter kept freezing, so it has been away for repair. Just got it back and wouldnt you know its already frozen once and didnt have internet, we have just spent over half an hour on the phone with the bt helpline. So at the moment its a bit touch and go, I might not be able to contact anyone, Ive missed everyoneand now I have to catch up. Hopefully Im going to Peterborough next week so if it crashes again and Im not here I hope I will catch up with everyone at the show. xxxx

I dont know what to do next really, the computer chap said he couldnt find a fault, no virus or anything to explain why its freezing. Bt say its not them either so where do I go from here, just one point though it only freezes when I use it and its always on DCC has anyone else had a problem. I just click on to something and the egg timer comes on and it sticks. Im now having to get onto dc via google then its not so bad. xxxxx
