Thank you so much for putting this post out there. I went on about to post a complaint with a doll I just bought and after seeing your post, I really don't have any complaints at all.

I am so so sorry for all your health problems and for your pain. Also for the lack of help from your medical people. I would definitely call or write to their superiors and complain so that it doesn't happen to others and it might make you feel a little better to let them know how poorly they have treated you and how bad their service is. If nobody complains, it definitely won't get better!! I just feel awful about how you were treated and what you are going thru.
