dont know if im allowed to put this her, feel free to move if necessary but i am on a major lifestyle change in readiness for our renewal of vows in tobago next year so have started on a diet,having beauty therapy treatments (free courtesy of my beauty therapst daughter lol) and am looking for a workout dvd suitable for mature,unfit me. i was told barbara windsors was a good one but cant find it anywhwere, does anyone know of any sutable dvd's willing to swap or pay for one if you can help.
