This lovely vinyl doll has a mark on her face, I think it may be biro. What is the best thing to use to try and remove? I wouldn't be able to repaint so I was hoping there is something that will get it off with least amount of damage!!

oxy10 is supposed to be really good, though you will loose some of the colour on her pretty cheeks. I am sure someone will know better..

Julie, oxy will take the ink out, but will also take the cheek paint off. If it is fairly fresh ink you could try the JML eraser foam pad...from Focus/homebase etc. I havent tried this myself but have read that it works well with new ink marks!

Failing that you will have to send her to me for reborning

Thing is Jen, it's another one of Jess's that she wants to sell, she is lovely but the mark really pokes me in the eye!!!

JML magic eraser's are brillant....they move just about anything.
Hope you sort her out soon.

Have you tried a little bit of nail varnish remover? I used this method on my daughters doll when it had marker pen on it.
