ok im hoping some of you will have seen the thread about poor catherine. she was storing her reborning stuff at mother in laws empty house, see post here

the long and short of it is , she has lost tons of reborning gear , insurance wont pay out , and i for one would love to do something to help , so she can carry on making her wonderful babies.

i have recently been accepted as a distributor for bountiful babies , which means i can get a good discount on many items off their website , and i would be quite happy to make a donation myself , then handle the ordering of whichever products we can get back for catherine to get back on her feet.

to get the distributor prices , i would need to place an order totalling at least $250
( about 125 quid )
so by my reckoning , if 25-30 people were prepared to donate a fiver each , we could cover the order and shipping hopefully , and replace as much for her as possible .
if anyone is interested please let me know ,
i have already asked catherine for a list of the missing items on her thread .

mods if this isnt allowed then feel free to remove it , i just feel i want to do something here

nearly halfway ladies , looks like we may be able to turn this around for catherine a little . am still waiting to get a list off her , but working on it , will post paypal addy on here when we are close to target numbers, so watch this space

I'm there, count me in, I'm also more than willing to split down some of the lots of mohair I have, I have several loads in different colours, can sort of do enough to root a baby in each colour, maybe 4 lots in total, will that help?
Don't have anything else much extra except gallons of matt varnish!!! can put some of that in a pot? Oh and can do small pots of white and yellow and 3 different flesh colours as starters if those are any good? Oops, almost forgot, I can do some size 40 and size 42 needles (about 5 of each I think) if those will help.
