
Yes I was going to warn of that too, I started with high blood pressure about three years ago out of the blue, Im sure it was brought on by stress as we were having a very harrowing time with our neighbour who had altzimers at the time and she used to throw bricks at the house and shout at us all the time I was constantly anxious and wound up so when my blood pressure went up the doctor put me on some tablets which she NOW says I shouldnt come off.
But I do think healthy eating and regular excersise does help you to keep healthy and feel better mentally too, I think I read somewhere that excersise helps lower your blood pressure, but please dont quote me on this check with your doctor first before you start to excersise. XXXX
