
I've lost about four pounds. all this walking every where and not having time to be bored that I would snack.
Debbie Liz is right, if your body thinks it is being starved it will hold onto what it has, no matter what you do. It is better to have three good meals a day and don't snack unless it's fruit.
Our friend Jason says, (and he used to be fat as a child,) he was told by his grannie that you eat like a king at breakfast, a queen at lunch and a princess at dinner time. he did that and lost weight a lot of weight.
