hi everyone i was just reading some comments that people have written in digital spy forum about the programme the women in it and the dolls themselves.. i am appalled at what they have said.. totally wicked comments that made any doll collector look like the needed medical help..i am so upset. i would like to be a fly on the wall and se what theses clowns do in their spare time.. i am fuming

I was telling them in work today about my buys and how I really need to pull my horns in. One of the girls I'm working with now I've only known just over a month and she said "why worry I have a house full of non-league football programmes that are worth zilch but I still collect them and stamps" and another said you don't drink and smoke, take expensive holidays so do what you want you earn it spend it how you like.................. so I'm going to!!!

I'm not sick, craving a real baby, suffering empty nest syndrome............I just love baby dolls

welcome to the forum, take no notice of stupid comments, everybody has a hobby, and ours is dolls, you enjoy your hobby and don't let silly people get in the way, their sooooo not worth it.

Ignore all those stupid comments on our hobby - we have learnt to do so in DCC, dear friend - that kind of people don't know what they are talking about, and I think that it's a pity for them that they cannot find anything else to do but spreading out their stupid comments!!!!

Here we share our wonderful hobby with each other, understand each other and care for each other - that's why DCC is the very best doll forum in the world!!!!

Linda my funniest time was when I first got told to look on ebay for baby clothes back in 2003 when I made the porcelain dolls. I didn't have a PC at home so I'd sign out at work and go on for an hour or so. I searched "baby dresses" and after a few got one that said 42" chest.............. .......out comes me ruler and being an imperial girl I thought ah metric so I'm checking mm's and cm's trying to figure out what flipping age this dress was for ................when I read adult baby ......well it was like a penny dropping through treacle ..............I've led a very sheltered life .......I just make sure I go into baby now before I start the search
