I have now got 38lb off in 4 months. I eat a lot less - no biscuits just a small piece of fatless home made cake at teatime, and at lunch time sugar free jelly with raspberries, rhubarb or gooseberries in. I do lots of homemade soup with peppers, mushrooms and carrotts. A main meal is homemade Lasagne, Fish in breadcrumbs, Mince with peppers and pasta. Sausage with Pasta or sweet potatoes. Sunday roast with 2 small roast potatoes, broccoli and carrotts works well - NO yorkshire pudding. a little gravy. I am no longer tempted with biscuits or cakes, which is a miracle for me. The dieting has helped my Diabetes tremendously, and it is well under control. Hubby has also been on the diet with me, and he is now a very trim 76 year old. We are going out for a meal on Saturday with the family to celebrate our Golden Wedding, but I shall watch what I eat , and drink will be a glass of water - not by choice, it is forbidden. Keep at it ladies get plenty of exercise , walking and swimming are excellent, also gardening.

Its great being slim, I will definitely be keeping the weight off.
