Well done Veronica dollchitchat/smilie_bauch.gif dollchitchat/141.gif dollchitchat/pompomgirl.gif Its great when you can actually see it coming off isnt it?

I have just half a pound to go to my 1.5 stone loss. I am pretty pleased with myself, but disappointed that no one seems to have noticed dollchitchat/Christo_pull_hair.gif

Ive gone down two sizes in jeans, yet no one else can see the weight has gone...so I assume I must still look like an old bloater dollchitchat/4.gif

Jen I have gone from a size 22 to an 18, though can't quite sit in an 18 jeans yet. lol

I think when you don't have much to lose it's harder to see. The important thing is you know you have lost it. dollchitchat/141.gif have you treated yourself to new clothes yet?? dollchitchat/pompomgirl.gif
Congratulations. dollchitchat/1.gif dollchitchat/1.gif dollchitchat/morevdayb2.gif

hi veronica, ladies, can i recomend paul mckena weight loss cd ,i used it last year and went from a size 16 down to a size 12 in only a couple of months ,its a cd to listen to and it puts you in a trance like sleep ,you dont do any diet and can genuinly eat anything ,the key to this is STOP when you are full and put your fork down and chew each piece before picking it up and using it again ,it teaches you to actually taste the food ,and you can eat anything lol magsbk

Abi you are perfect just the way you are. dollchitchat/141.gif dollchitchat/bearhugblinkie1.gif

Mags Hubby and I have been sharing one piece of cake instead of having a piece each.
not snacking except on fruit. and we walk the dogs 5 to 6 times a day, walk to the town and back to. so we still get treat but are burning it off to. dollchitchat/vdaybouncies3.gif I wouldn't want to be in a state like sleep. dollchitchat/AddEmoticons07628.gif

Sounds like we have some great success stories! Congrats to all!

I have lost 25 pounds and have 5 more to go. Have gone from a (tight) size 14 to a size 10. I'll be really happy IF I can KEEP it off!

dollchitchat/141.gif You are all doing really well. dollchitchat/AddEmoticons12865.gif I have now got 38lb off in 4 months. I eat a lot less - no biscuits just a small piece of fatless home made cake at teatime, and at lunch time sugar free jelly with raspberries, rhubarb or gooseberries in. I do lots of homemade soup with peppers, mushrooms and carrotts. A main meal is homemade Lasagne, Fish in breadcrumbs, Mince with peppers and pasta. Sausage with Pasta or sweet potatoes. Sunday roast with 2 small roast potatoes, broccoli and carrotts works well - NO yorkshire pudding. a little gravy. I am no longer tempted with biscuits or cakes, which is a miracle for me. The dieting has helped my Diabetes tremendously, and it is well under control. Hubby has also been on the diet with me, and he is now a very trim 76 year old. We are going out for a meal on Saturday with the family to celebrate our Golden Wedding, but I shall watch what I eat , and drink will be a glass of water - not by choice, it is forbidden. Keep at it ladies get plenty of exercise , walking and swimming are excellent, also gardening. dollchitchat/141.gif Its great being slim, I will definitely be keeping the weight off. dollchitchat/smilie_bauch.gif dollchitchat/bearhugblinkie1.gif Sheila.

dollchitchat/smilie_bauch.gif Hi Veronica, I have been crashing the weight off because of the diabetes. However it is now slowing down, am just tempted to get another 2lbs off before my hols., The diabetic clinic wanted me down to 12.1 as I am 5.10 tall, they told me that is the ideal weight, problem is having to keep buying new clothes if I go any lower. Hubby has given me the hard word, doesnt want me any thinner. dollchitchat/bearhugblinkie1.gif Sheila.
