How many silicones have you got?
Did you expect to have this many and which is your absolute favorite?
Is silicone your favorite medium?

I love silcones i have 3 and soon will have 4 ,i never thought i would have one as before i got them i didnt want any .

I have one at this moment ,but I have BARNABY VALENTINE coming soon... I also have a long layaway on another baby girl ...But she is a sectect at this time ...BEFORE I joined this group ...I had only just bought my very first HIMMIE ...Then I seem to have got 8 of them and my reborns ...Now There are SILICONE and BJD's too ...When will I stop I At the Moment ,my baby girl Amelia is my Favorite ...but lets see when the others arrive !!!! val xxx

does it count if i jut sold it ? i have one but she is packed in her box waiting to go to her new mummy, i might buy a silicone at the show i am very fussy

I silicone babies I did not know about them to i got one of ebay for like $180US she is 14" so cute & she is BY MICHELLE FAGAN so only never dreamed of anther one then i seen DCC & all the babies and then one day Thank you big time Sarah I got my loving boy levi by Vikki Ebbeling so that make's 2 silicone babies for me & yep i will have to have anther one day it would be a dream come true to have a silicone baby like my baby girl

i only have Britt at the moment and she`s my favourite but i have baby Isaac and sandy`s Dominic coming soon so i will have three in total and i am soooo glad i stumbled on to silicones because for me they are the best

I have had seven in total they are my next best thing to ooaks ...I had 5 Fagans ...1 Donna Lee...and 1 Kewy however at the moment I have one silicone baby left at home and Londyn who I sold will be returning to me by the end of this month so then I will have two...

Londyn is my absolute favourite .... And the colouring on the Donna Lee xxxx

hmmm oops this makes me sound greedy lol , i have 9 at the mo , plus one on layaway , and hope to add yet another that i have my eye on lol .
no i never expected to have them , i started with a tiny little michelle fagan sleeper , which i still have, my current favourite is my own Neomah ( lol biased a bit there )

I have only a small Becky Bright, but have Neomah on layaway, I am really looking forward to her. I have a n ew bed waiting for her, Hugs, Mary

My name of Sililover is noooo joke...I always wanted
one since I saw the first pics of RIta RIch's baby
Shelby in a doll magazine several years ago.. I
was in awe of the fact that the ad said their
fingers were so soft you could stick them in the
babies mouth lilke a ' real baby'.... I didn't know
if I could ever afford one as I have been on disabililty
for years and the dolls were almost Two thousand
dollars straight from the artist.

I saw pics of silicone babies.. like Liz's Melissa
Helland on Himstedt heaven... but didn't realize
at that time that it was possible to get an artist
silicone for about half price till I joined Doll-fan
I have been glued to the DF silicone sale site
every day since!!H ahaha..... I saw a Michelle
Fagan Ashlyn Kate in someones' siggy pic..
and I was sooo in love with that baby!! Then
someone put theirs up for sale on DF for like
eight hundred dollars...which was still a fortune
to me! I just got my Ailion Himstedt and turned
around and sold her to buy Ashlyn Kate! Admittedly
I did have some 'regret s about that'...I loved
Ailien.... Also,,, Aslyn Kate wasn't the first I
got.. I got another Fagan baby, Desiree in fact
and I jusst didn't like her ..... So after
a couple of silicones I got Ashlyn Fagan..
who I loved... and then I was off and running
with my obsession and addiction to silicone babies
I next HAD TO HAD TO HAD TO have Maddie Fagan
.... begged my daughter to help me get her for
my B-Day.. After nine years of doll addiction
Maddie was the best, most perfect baby
My favorite kind with flaxen blond mohair
and the 'fat-*test*-('")' cheeks I have 'ever seen on
a baby... JUST LOVE HER TO PIECES.. even
now, two years later... she's my little princess
and reminds me a lot of my daughter when
she was a baby....
At present I have FIVE silicone babies by
four different artists,, two fagans, Ashlyn and
Maddie,,,,Adele by Melissa McCrory, SOphia
Roberson.... and Julia Villanova...

Maddie and Sophia are my very favorite
babies and dolls of ALL time right up there
in my affections with the THumbelina
I loved and treasured as a little girl..
I love Sophia soo much as Suzanne Roberson
just makes the most beautiful' newborn babies
and the best silicone... I love her 'newborn
squinty eyed expression....her delicate
rooted hair... and profile... her sweet chubby
face,,,hands,, beautiful fat chubby legs
and her 'feet ' are so amazing and realistic
and sweet.... I noticed my newborn grandson
had the same identical kind of feet. Sooo much
detail, even the balls or underside of her
toes.. Everything. she is sooooo cuddly and
awesome... If the house is burning I've
got TWO hands to grab up my two favorite
most beautiful awesome favorite cuddly
babies... Oh sorry Archie,,,my dachshund puppy..
Hmmm.. that presents a problem.
Not to worry , Archie mommy will grab you
somehow!! JUST JOKING,,,,
I wuv my wittle archie..

My last baby was Julia VIllanova and I wanted
her a long time and love her too,, but I haven't
bought a doll since her and that was last July.!
Not only am I dolly poor, but also the most contented
with my collection in the ten plus years of being
a doll addict... Does this mean I am through
and that I don't ever want anymore sillies??? :blah

THink again... I am crazy for them. . and it's not
just the cuddle factor.. I love the realism, of the
look like real skin, and the translucence of the silicone.
I am totally fascinated with these babies... I am
also though like others who have found their perfect
dream baby, a lot pickier...if I were able to get any
more in the future... But to be honest I dont'
want a LOT of silicones cause I like the idea
of only a few special dollies..I would love to have a fat
faced big dark haired dark eyed baby. like Adries
Britt. I'd trade or sell one of my other babies to get
her through.. I really don't want or need more than
five.. Five seems a lot in fact.
.. Less is more...
I have a lot of other dolls but Silicones are far
and away the tops for me.. except I do also have
a few Himmies I love....But silicones cured me
of my Himmie Addiction. .. Kind of like going from
cigarettes to the gum and still being addicted to the
gum..

I do have pics of Maddie Fagan, Sophia Roberson and
Julia Villanova, from a few months back on here
but don't know how to look them up and post them
IF someone knows how and would be so kind to pull
them up and post them here.. that would be wonderful..

Ahhhh great.. post.. such fun... and I loved looking at
everyone elses Silicone babies...

I too am addicted to silicones. My first was Tara by M MCrory. I still have her. I could not get over the lovely feel of her and her sqidgyness! Also the hair! I bought one from ebay. A big girl that I cannot remember the name of, I sold her and regret it. Then I bought Deary from Melissa from someone on DF. I will NEVER sell this baby.


I have Dumplin from M MCrory, who is wondeful. Brantly George, an AA baby from Janet Lullaby (he's adorable and my daughters favourite baby). I have a Geerlings baby I bought from Jodi and Gabriel by Donna Lee. I adore the colouring of this one. I have a layaway on Sophie by Villanova. The lack of money is killing me!

I have recently got into reborns, but i hope i dont regret buying these instead of the silicones!

I would love karina, but she is sold out and i have no money

I would love to hear feom anyone with a Villanova. I have spent all this money and never seen one!!!

ps, sililover, I also had Thumbelina (in the baby walker) I have now bought one back and I love her. I have, over the years obtained the loved dolls I had as a child, I don't know why, but I was driven to do this.


I also have a few old dolls, a few antiques and LOTS of Thumbelina's!
