Sorry ladies this isn't a visit to a nudist colony. It was a trip to DH's family cottage to close it up for the winter. Lots of work involved, but not so much for me so I brought Howl along for some photo ops. Sadly some did not turn out do to to much sunlight, but enough for this story.

Me: How wake up do you want to go on an adventure?
Howl: I suppose. Where?
Me: To a cottage in some tree surrounded area, there is even a creek you can fish at!
Howl: Cool lets go!

Then if by magic he was in the car and ready to go.

Once there we unpacked.
Howl: So what do I do first?

Me: Go outside and explore. I have work to do.
So he went outside and looked around.

Found the wreck of a camping trailer.
Howl: I bet Gypsies lived in that long ago and then left it behind after their King died.

Next he found a wreck of a boat.
Howl: I bet sailors used this to look for mermaids and were in love they drowned and left this behind as a reminder to stay away from the seas.

Next he found this great old tree that was just a baby when family first built the earlier cottage in 1912.
Howl: I bet a great tree spirit lived here once and then something evil came and the tree now barely hangs on to life. It needs a new spirit! Maybe I can help

So he climbed into it's branches. What happened after that is unclear to me.
Howl: Listen dear tree don't you worry I will find you another spirit to live with you and it will be a young and strong one.
