I have sat in all day today waiting for a delivery. I tracked a 48 delivery that should have come yesterday. It had on it attempted delivery so I thought fair enough I was at work probably my neighbours were out. I had 3 cards from Royal Mail to collect parcels which I did at 8am (SO is literally 2 mins away) but nothing from Parcelforce I looked at the tracking at 7.02pm and it states refused delivery WHAT DELIVERY I've rung and the auto thingy tells me delivery was refused at 4.16pm I have sat her waiting for the most expensive doll I've ever bought ............... refuse delivery he's never been near here if he does this I'll be me once I have my parcel I have sent an email through their contact us telling them my parcel had better be at their depot tomorrow morning if it's not I will throw a canary fit. I rang today because I wanted to pick it up but they'd put back on their van at 0.32 hrs. I hate parcelforce, they might be ok elsewhere but the Park Royal depot is cr*p. I'd rather Royal Mail, DHL, UPS or any of the others I always cringe when I know they've got a parcel of mine. AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH it takes a lot to really rile me but they succeed every flipping time they have something of mine it's a good job I have a small bar of bourneville in the kitchen I'd start on the Malibu but I've no Coke typical me loads of booze no mixers sorry but I have to rant to someone...........do you think it's cos I've spent too much on dolls recently............

Just wondering as my last baby from there showed on the online tracking as failed delivery at something stupid like 4 am but it was just the computer logging it into the depot and awaiting customs ?

it's Sem I've bought him from Karen here on DCC. She lives here in England. It's that depot they're hopeless. I don't relish going there on a Saturday it'll be murder. I was hoping they'd just put a card through so I could go get him, I worked till 10 last night so I could be off today all the others leave cards. What is really peeing me off 'scuse the language is I was here sitting on the PC wondering when next to ring them. There's no card, I have a very loud ding dong bell, door knocker, it's a two bed flat not a mansion, nothing was on to stop me hearing .........he didn't come I can't deal with bare faced lies......it will wind me up more than anything else that people do........I have a real problem with liars.

I had a card put through the door once from parcel force and opened the door before he got to his van.
He looked very embarrassed and said he had too many to deliver so had left some behind and was just sticking cards through

you shouldn't have told me either of those things Di........... I have a carton of pineapple juice in the fridge unopened but I think it might be out of date I fancied the Malibu the other week but when I got home I didn't bother and I'm angry re parcelforce because I think .........no I believe they've never even tried to deliver it. I wanted to go and get it but they said it was already out. I've made Hattie pee on a puppy pad on the balcony so I wouldn't miss them. I'll be calm in the morning so long as he's at the depot if he's not .............. as the song goes "there could be trouble ahead"


the pineapple is fine but the Malibu is still in the car with the Lenor, soap powder and bleach..........that's the trouble with flats to far with heavy bags sometimes but it's ok I've Pimms and ginger ale......... lovely

You have my sympathy, I don't think I have ever had a parcelforce delivery on time and I have frequently been told the parcel has been delivered when it hasn't, on the tracking page !

they're diabolical, I dislike them intensely

Save the puppy pad and rub it in his face when he finally delivers your parcel

Aww Jan sorry things have gone wrong with this delivery...don't these delivery people know what they're dealing with when they come between a doll and its new mum?

Ack!! boy do I feel for you!!! When I had my BJD shipped to me recently, I stayed home all day, and even got up really early, and I didn't take a nap, as I was waiting for him to be delivered (by Usps here in the states) and he never came. So I checked the mailbox at around 2pm, (the mail usually comes at 11am) and sure enough, I had a notice, saying that they tried to deliver him. NO they didn't!!! Our doorbell works (and is loud) and he didn't ring it, and he didn't knock either!!!! Boy was I steaming!!!! I called the post office immediately to complain. I did NOT want to have to drive all the way there!!! The stupid office is a 20 minute drive one way (when traffic is nice) and here I was sitting in my livingroom, waiting all day for him to drop it off!! Luckily our postman got to the office before they closed that day, and I guess he got scolded by a superior (since I had called to complain) because when I went to pick the package up, the postman apologized, and said that it was such a large package, he didn't want to have to carry it to my door (he parks his stupid postal van IN FRONT OF MY DOOR when he delivers packages, so appearantly, a two foot walk would just be too much....) so he just left the slip and figured I'd go pick it up the next day from the post office. Man, he's lucky I'm not a violent individual, or he would've gotten hit in the face by a large, heavy box!!! I hope you got your boy finally though!!

I think i must be the only one who loves my parcel force man - not only is he half me age , tanned and 100% sex on legs - he is a star as well ...... if im not at home he brings my parcel to work for me instead - vice versa if i organise a collection if im not in one place he comes to the other

In fact one time he delivered a parcel and i said "see ya tomorrow im expecting another ive been waiting for for ages and wont be able to sleep tonight" he brought it in his car on his way home lol now that what i call service lol

I had a problem with PF last Xmas (nothing to do with dolls). I bought my kids a Wii from a lady off ebay.She posted it and waited in when I expected it. It didn't arrive.When contacted the lady she said to give it a few more days with it being Xmas. Still didn't arrive.Luckily she had a tracking number.We tracked it. It left N.Yorkshire,went across to Cumbria,down to London,where they had tried to deliver it (please bare in mind we live just over the S.Yorks border in N.E Derbys and have a Sheffield postcode-nothing like a london postcode).I rang our depot which they tracked it and would have it for me the next day.I waited in all day and he came quite late.I told him the scenario,and he couldn't understand why.Although the paper had been ripped right across the address,the postcode was still intact. We was lucky it wasn't stolen as it was noticeable what the item was.I can't remember but I think it took 2-3 weeks to get to us.
