We have just got home after an afternoon shopping, while I was out I saw a beautiful ceramic vase in NEXT. I had bought some twigg light weeks ago and untill today not seen a vase that I liked, so I bought it. Now it was a bit big and remember I was on my disability scooter so I had to travel round the shops with it wedged between my knees. Met Hubby for coffee and had to sit through a lecture about spending money....
Well we headed for home with me taking great care over my prize purchase. We parked the car, got out, I opened the back door where I had left the vase in the footwell, and .......... yes youve got it, out it fell onto the floor AND SMASHED. I just stood there...... my lovely vase all in pieces. xxxxx

Oh Noooo! Oh what a shame I can really empathise with you there Gail.

Last Christmas I took our dog for an evening walk and I saw a couple unload their boot from a Tescos shop....and I was just walking past as they discovered ALL their bottles of wine had smashed into pieces flooding the boot and all their shopping with wine. I think it was their whole Christmas supply of alcohol too - I felt so sorry for them - that would have ruined my Xmas!!
