Great news - how wonderful that you finally got your money back, and I do hope by all my heart that her hand will recover very fast!!!!

Moreover, I just want to let you know that all my 7 soon 8 silicone babies were poured by our wonderful Susi Coe - her work is wonderful as she captures every tiny detail in the original sculpt and the silicone she uses is the very best - I just had to tell you that, my dear friend!!!!

Oooh, I'm so pleased it's all worked out for you in the end! And having just had carpal tunnel surgery this last week, I can sympathise with the lady - even though it doesn't stop anyone writing cheques!!

Tina this is just the best news, i am so happy and relieved for you.
Its just a shame it always takes the innocent party to have to post their terrible dealings and have to open a paypal dispute BEFORE you get any kind of response from the perpetrator, so much heartache could be spared if only people accepted responsiblity sooner and dealt with it accordingly, this person has done the right thing, thankfully, but people now will always be weary of dealing with her and rightly so!

Tina, as I just wrote you by email, you told me to take one doll of each edition.
When I had problems and was not able to finish the edition, I sent you all the molds and you NEVER asked me if I had to have some money. And I refunded you the full amount.
For this reason I wanted to sell the one YOU TOLD ME TO TAKE FOR ME.
I'm coming out with my own edition of babies and don't need yours. I only spent so much money for you that I lose!
I don't have anything to keep secret, only that I worked "for free" with you.
But don't worry, your pack with what YOU told me to take for my work will be sent to you tomorrow.

I am posting this in bold because I don't want you to think I am hiding something:

I did tell Chiara to keep one of each edition as a thank you for doing my edition. I always do this to my pourers as a thank you.
BUT Chiara did NOT do the edition. Instead she poured TWO dolls (from her original e-mail it shows she poured two babies since she says one is a kit and the other one is the painted one), then posted the UN-USABLE molds to me, threw them in a box and shipped them without the hard support shells, with a letter that says her hand is very bad ans she can't pour for me. She tried to pour a head but it just wasn't working.
I can scan her letter if you want. She claims she never used the molds and she just couldn't pour a single doll...

And if really think you did nothing illegal why do everybody need to keep it a secret? BECAUSE YOU KNEW YOU WERE DOING SOMETHING WRONG!!!
No doing my edition - no baby keeping
Plus apparently your hand was good enough to pour and paint YOUR baby but not the ones I paid for and you KNEW I need desperately for the show???

You cost me 3 MONTHS OF DELAYS AND WORK PLUS I NEED TO MAKE NEW MOLDS BECAUSE YOU MADE ARE CRAP AND TORN AND HALF MADE ... and you are telling me YOU worked for free!?!?!

LET ME GET THIS BLATANTLY CLEAR CHIARA:
Keep a doll for yourself as my THANK YOU FOR POURING THE EDITION. Not only did you NOT pour the edition you created a boat load of delays and trouble for me... Don't try to use this as your excuse!

I think this topic has tun it's course and is just turning for the worst so I will be closing it. Tina and Chiara I hope you can both come to an understanding over the situation but I think it is best dealt with in private
