Wow, she is really beautiful, well done. We have taken one of mine to bits and adjusted stiff limbs and removed a rattle (caused by inner arm metal parts coming loose) all it took was a screwdriver, pliers and a bit of patience.
As we learn to fix them ourselves, we could have a HIMMIE FIX FORUM hopefully, what do you think Mods ? xxx

That's a great idea, Maryjo. Could you start by telling me how you removed the arm, what tools you used and the challenges you encountered? I'm going to remove Rinike's arm in the upcoming weeks.

Your Tana looks really cute to me. Congratulations on doing such a wonderful job on her yourself. Give her time as she is a truly beautiful doll.

I am so sorry for you that you got her back in this state.! It must have been quite a shock when you opened the box I know how much you were dreading sending her back to the facotory.
On a brighter note I think she looks absolutely beautiful now that you have repaired her and I am sure that you will grow to love her just as much as your "old" Tana.

Yeah Lori, I agree with Deb, I need to send you my Nella and Lorelotte, they both have crooked eyes! LOL

.........or maybe I will just carefully follow your instructions and fix them myself.
