I got a pressie from Janet whom I picked up from the post office this morning. Janet has very kindly given me a Maddie kit as a gift and she is gorgeous. I can't wait to get started on her. The vinyl is the nicest I have come across, it's very, very soft and more like a silicone/vinyl mix in that respect. I wonder if I will end up turning yet another of Janet's girls into a boy?

I took her out of the box to show my colleagues, one of whom thinks I'm nuts collecting dolls and she even said so much as 'it's much nicer than the last one' hahahaha believe me that's a compliment coming from her. She even held the head and spoke to Maddie and then realised what she was doing and said 'I'm not getting into this, I'm not having a discussion about dolls'!
