Hi All,
Just wanted to know if I will hear anything from dollmore prior to shipping my doll to me?
I paid for her 10 days ago - I don't know how long it takes dollmore to 'make' my doll and wondered if I would hear further from them?

Any help greatly appreciated!

I haven't ordered from dollmore but if they are like domuya (sp) i didnt get any notification from them i just kept checking back on the website, and they had all the info there, where it was at that time and when it was shipped.

Hi,
I've ordered four times now from Dollmore. You can check the status of your order on their site. When the status changes to "on shipping" that is when your order will have been dispatched. You should receive an e-mail with a tracking number which you can track through the EMS site and the Parcel Force site. It sometimes takes a day though for it to actually start tracking so don't panic if it does not track right away. Hope this helps.

COngratulations Angela, Dollmore usually take up to 4 weeks to make your doll. The only notification you get with any BJD company is thank you for your payment and then your item has been shipped. Don't worry it's completely normal you just have to sit back and wait it out ^^

Now I'm worried!

I checked the site and my account does say 'before shipping' - so I guess i still have some time to wait?!

Why worried? Before shipping will mean they're preparing your order ie making the doll for you. I've been waiting for a Lati doll for about 4 weeks now and she is still 'preparing order'. Keep checking the site daily and one day it'll say she'll be on her way to you

Arghhh! Still waiting on my dollie - 4 weeks now and the wait is agony...
