I finished my first house and learned a lot! I used kits for all the furnishings except the corner shelf in the kitchen.
So I decided it was time to get a little braver - I bought the Laurel House and the Primrose addition Kits and put them together. I love it that the rooms are larger than my first house And there are more of them.
I've been working on the kitchen: For wall paper, I photographed a piece of fabric I had and printed it out on cardstock. Using the scrap wood from the house kits I built the sink, cabinets, stove and refrigerator. I picked up the hutch at a craft store for $1.00!!! Still have the table and chairs to build.
I am having Way Too Much Fun! Jeannie

Wow, that's great. I got a Dolls House Kit for my 40th Birthday. That was 11 years ago. It's built but has sat in the garage ever since. It's probably going rotton, such a shame. I do love making the little bits and pieces for them. Well done to you.
