I'm so sorry for your sister, this is such a sad time for her anyway so she will be very upset and hurt, all you can do is to be there for her,

Im sorry to hear this news today...sometime though it maybe for the best, we cant always see it at the time, but there must have been something gravely wrong
I hope that your sister is strong enough & when the time is right will try again & hopefully get a healthy new baby
