I love her....




Little William was waiting for her.

I am really in love with this pair.

I had expected Stella (Star in Italian) to be so small, but really she is a very similar size to William. Her limbs are longer and slimmer, though. She is much like my Andreas when he was born. He was six weeks premature and had the same wrinkly little hands as Stella (I had too little water, so his skin was so wrinkly when he was born....).

Thank you, dear Janet, yes; I was so surprised as I didn't expect her detailed paint at all. Both the veining on her hands and feet and her face paint is absolutely fabulous.

You are sweet to say, Karen, 'cause I'm so in love with them both....

I need another Curio-(IKEA)cabinet as I have no more shelves. I think I am doomed and my sweet Stella is back in her crable (brown cardboard box)...until I can go to Ikea. All my dolls are in cabinets, well protected from dust and visitors a-like :-D.

I know I should use spellchecker, but often times it's too hectic around here and I hit post button almost before I finish writing(or thinking ). Yesterday while writing, I had my 12 year old daughter here and two of her friends. They were making small pancakes (I only helped with the batter) as well as two little boys; Gabriel and Stian, both 8 year old, and adorable. They were playing with Aprils kittens. While I love haveing the kids around me there are times when I feel like ; Hehe,

I too love the OOAK's, Sally, but I love the silicones equally: it's like comparing china's to parian; one shina, regal-like and the other matte warm looking and both are amazing when finding the perfect doll/baby....

Thank you, MaryJo, both for liking her and for the compliments on her name. It was hard to find the right one but in the end it was Stella. Stella was also a exgirlfriend of my brother, and a memory of a wonderful person (very bad to say, but I liked his ex better....
