Hi friends,

Yesterday, hub and I attended a Dollhouse Festival in Copenhagen, and I was so lucky to find a little knitted overall and a knitted jacket for one of my precious Tina Kewy babies - it is the stripey one that you can see and the blue jacket on the bed:



Oh and look at the tiniest little Kewy Joey, he really is amazing and my little dollhouse eye ball - his little curled toes are soooo cute and he is entirely newborn and the swee-*test*-('") little one - unfortunately he is so difficult to take a picture of being so tiny - I bought the blue blankie for him yesterday at the festival:



My doctor had new instruments - just look at the syringe, would you like to have that in your bum, ha-ha, it has a real genuine needle, so I've got to be careful, then I bought a pair of straight and curved twizers, and other tiny tiny tools all placed in the tray with the syringe plus the hammer on the desk - all instruments are fabulous and so detailed and tiny - a rare find, I think!



Then I bought some pillows for the prams that I bought from Avril recently, here is one of them in the doctor's sitting room (the doctor is married to the lady in the sofa, the other lady is a friend, and the children there the friend's children). The Kewy babies are the doctor's and his wife's babies! Now you know the relationship, ha-ha! The blue bird on the table that you see to the left in the picture was a gift to me from Sarah's son Keoni when we were in Australia visiting them - a lovely and cherished memory!!!!



Grandma also had something from the festival - the little embroidered flower picture on the wall - so she was very happy! Grandma is the mother of the doctor's wife, and lives in her own house next to the doctor only separated by the outdoor loo with spiders in it!!!! EEEEEkkkk!!!



Well, what else did I buy, a sewing cabinet for grandma's shop plus two wall calendars for two of my houses from the times that these houses are reflecting! A pillow set for my newest pram and some stones for outdoor finish, but I will have to move my houses before doing that!

YIPPPEEE - a lady called me that John (my hub) won a prize in one of today's drawings at the festival - a 1/12th painting of flowers - I do not know how it looks, but they will send it to us, how cool is that!!!! I'll show you when it has arrived!!!

Sounds like a wonderful day out.. and you bought lots of lovely things.. I love the baby jacket and the doctors syringe..ouch!!!!

I love going to shows..I was supposed to go to a Dolls house fair in April but had to cancel as I wasn't well ..stupid virus....but I am determined to get to Scottish Miniatura in June..can't wait..

Avril - it sure was a lovely day, and I am so happy with the little things that I found, some of which are so tiny that only I can see that they are there putting the dot over the "i" as we say in Denmark!!! I am sorry that you missed a dollhouse show due to your virus, but hope that you shall succeed in attending the next one, my dear friend!!!

Aww karen your little kewy babies are so tiny and gorgeous! I love the little clothes and blanket you got for them. Sounds like you had a really fantastic time...i love all your pics, your rooms are soo detailed! Congratulations to your lucky husband winning the little picture!

Sue - thank you very much for your sweet comments, my dear friend!!!! You are right, it is easily seen if a house is loved or not, so I know exactly what you mean, hun!!!! And I had a lovely day, it was fun, fun, fun!!!! There was a barber's shop that looked soooo great, I would have loved to have such one, but my houses are occupied, ha-ha!!! And .... no room for more houses!!!

How on earth have I missed this thread?!! I love all your new additions Karen, from the little stripey romper (well done to whoever knitted that!) to the embroidered picture on the wall (beautiful). The doctors instruments are brilliant aren't they but be careful not to sniff too much near them or that little needle might just disappear up your nose

Kathryn - Awwww thank you very much, my dear friend - you are so sweet!!!! Yes, I do have to be very careful with that syringe, but I just did have to have it, didn't I - it just looks so real, and is so real!!!! Ha-ha!!!! And the little embroidered picture is very beautiful too! I am also happy that I got some pants for my poor baby - so now the DCC Police will not hunt us anymore, ha-ha!!!!
