Hi girls, as you know i am only a collector and am very ignorant of the dolls i have, in as much as i dont know the sizes they are and even who they are because as soon as i buy them and rename (most of them) i forget, soooo my question is how do i know what is an sd or an msd or a smaller one, see i cant even remember what their proper terminology is and i sooo very much want to just browse the sites and if i see something i like for them i would like to buy it there and then without thinking will it fit or not, the main little girl i am worried about at the moment is my potpourrii she is in desperate need of everything, clothes, underwear, shoes, wig, she is sitting naked on a pink chaise at the moment so can you please help as to what size i need to look for, i cant be doing with ordering and if it doesnt fit send it back and have to wait for a replacement. In case you dont know who she is she is the one Shawna had on her siggie all in pink, that is how i fell in love with her, and as i haven't seen Shawna posting in the last few days i didnt want to pm her in case i was intruding in some way, indeed with my illness me myself am only floating in and out, so girls in fear of my beautiful potpourri being doomed forever to be naked and bald please help...

I'm very new to bjd's so am not the best person to advise you - however I'll try to help!

Have you been on Den of Angels forum? They have databases and lists of dolls which might help.

How big is potpourri?? Measure her height, head circumference and foot length and width and perhaps someone can direct you from there to the right stuff.

If she's around 60cm she's SD, if she's around 43cm she's MSD and if she's less she's a tiny. I know of quite a few tiny sites now having been researching them so could point you in their direction.

On Audreys dolls http://www.audreysdolls.com/index.cfm?Products=products there is a guide telling you how to measure your dolls head for a wig. There are also wigs etc for sale on DoA once you've made 40 posts.

from what I can gather from DOA Potpourri is YoSd size and should fit most YoSd size clothes, but the shoes can be a little on the big size so you should check your dolls feet size before buying...

Yes potpurri your little girl is a Yo-SD a great place to go for clothes for her is www.cheerydoll.com they have some great outfits and shoes ^^.
I can't quite remember which BJD's you have but as far as memory serves you have SD's and MSD's so the categoriys you're looking for when you are ordering anything for any of your bjds' will be
SD, MSD, and Yo-SD.

H you are right those are the ones i have, but the main one i am wanting stuff for at the moment is the little one as she has nothing and is feeling rather left out as you can imagine, she was from Domuya, and when i go on there i cannot see much in the way of clothes and wigs for her, by the way her head circ is 6.5, i will go look at that link that has been posted.

Linda, someone was saying on DOA that bambicrony make clothes that may fit your little one, and for wigs you will be looking for ones that are 6-7 " in size...

Yo-sd's vary in sizes depending on what company they are from, if you go to the forum den of angel's they have some databases of different yo-sd's measurement's etc...
