Still not heard back fromA.Himstedt regarding my email of Poor Winni's Faulty Arm!!!

Not even an acknowledgement of my email- to say they are looking into this????

I have sent a SECOND with a copy of the original!!

Are they back yet???

I HATE the silence from companies-at least a "we are dealing with your email" would be helpful as Im devastated what happened to WINNI..

Anyone now know if they are UP AND RUNNING AGAIN????

I think I would ring them to be honest. In my experience they are not always good at responding in a timely manner for faults etc. Im sure others have had different experiences but Ive found the few times Ive emailed with enquiries or faults they either have not come back or its taken alot of emails before they respond. They of course will have a back-log anyway from the Christmas holidays so I guess its to be expected.

I had an e-mail from Daniel last week so they are definitely back in work Jackie, hope poor Winni's arm gets mended soon poor thing Winni Lynette

like others have said...they got back on the second. Daniel is quite up on things. Dont know who is responsible for repairs, but not Daniel I think. I got an email about paying for my lizzi....but then nothing for the cancel of it....so i need to write back too.

Hi Jack, they are only an hour in front of us so it shouldn't make much difference. Afternoons and weekends will be cheaper bearing in mind that they may be shut today.
You could try Cherrycalls, I haven't used them but know someone who has.

If you use a mobile it is dearer and there is a £5 set up charge but there's no charge, fees or registration required for landline calls and it is tons cheaper as far as I know.

I thought it was about an hour difference.

Im going to take some pics of the damage and email them as well!
So they can see EXACTLY how bad it is!!

At least a leg is alot easier to fix if it pops out but this arm is another story-totally unrepairable I reckon-I'll pop some on once Ive taken them for all to see-you will then UNDERSTAND my tears!!! sniff sniff!!
