Well, only just seen this, Liz, so hoping you've fully recovered now. Eye infections are horrible, but also frightening because you always wonder if you'll get your sight back fully, don't you?

Been back to the hospital and still using the steroid drops every 2 hours and the other ones twice a day.It's still inflamed and i can't see much through that eye at the moment.
Have to go back to the hospital in 2 weeks time.

How frightening for you Liz - I hope it gets better really soon.

Woohoo,no more hospital.Had my last visit today and they said my eye was getting better and that i did not have to go back to the hospital again ever.
I still have to keep taking the steroid drops but i can decrease them over the next 6 weeks.No more having to take the 2 times a day (ones we kept in the fridge) drops thank goodness.
Looking forward to seeing properly again very soon.
