2005 are my FAVS..but Im a def lover of 2007 and 2008's also..but voted 2005 outright..they have such SOULFUL eyes!

Yeah...2005 is still tops with me. I put most of my girls back in their originals and fell madly in love ALL over again! There's just something SO soulful .... a tangible connection I have with them. And aren't they SUBSTANTIAL?! BIG girls...! Love 'em all!
That said, 2008 is right up there with the soulful connection. I wish I could have gotten them all! I have Leleti and she's just as precious to me as my '05s. I just want to HUG her all the time!

I was torn between 2006 (I have 5 doll from that year) and 2007 (I have 2 dolls from that year). I didn't vote for 2008's because while I've seen a few IRL I haven't fallen in love enough to spend over $1,000 on any of them. I ended up voting for 2007 because that's the year that has Lihle and I love her so much. I also saw Mika a few days ago and she's really special. Very REAL looking. I'd love to have more 2007's.

This was a hard one. I voted 2008. I am collecting some 2007's but I think that 2008 has more 'must have' dolls in it but I just cannot afford them. In the next couple of years I want to get some of them.

2005 will always remain for me the best collection. As an entire concept though rather than individual dolls. If I was rich I would have all of them in originals in a room together

I've voted for 2003, because I knew there would be less votes for that year and they are all so sweet
But Í have dolls from every year that I still love and I think Ajescha from 2008 is just stunning so I want to vote for all the years.

Well I love them all but voted for 2007 as that's when my absolute fave Catti was produced, I've also got Ida from that year and she's gorgeous too!! Lynette ps Loved the siggie you had yesterday and your new one Elisabeth.

I love 2005...and most of the 2008's too...and of course the 2006, the year with the marvelous sculps. But; overall I love the total realism of 2007.

i voted 2007s as i just think they are nicely done but saying that i still own some 04,05, 06, and soon 08 and adore them too but 07 just leads for me

I love the 2005s and most of my dolls are from the collection, but 2006 was also a great year. Those Atlantis outfits are incredible! I don't care for 2004 or 2007 since the dolls look a bit too generic in terms of there not being that extra little bit of "fantasy" to them. The 2003's are still the BEST dressed.

And 2008... wow, wow, wow!

My fave years are 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2008. I have dolls from all those years or will in the next couple of months!

The more you all get to know me, the sicker you will get of hearing how much I love my Ilvi! So 2007 is the winner for me. :-)

I've been thinking and thinking, trying to figure out why I liked 2005 so much better than the last two years, which I think are amazing.

I finally figured it out, if we could take the $$$$$ out of the picture, it would be a very hard choice indeed.

I think being priced out of the new dolls has spoiled my enthusiasim and appreciation of the dolls in 2007 and 2008.

I still think that 2005 has my vote and did in your poll, but I love a lot of other years dolls too....... love Mera and Tikiri and Aleta from 2006 and Puki, Lillemore, Nella and Lihle from 2007 and am loving a lot from this year too. I think that the dolls get better every year so roll on 2009.!!!
