Hi All
Liz has asked me to try and help you members that are having problems with your incoming PM box.
To enable me to try and solve the problems I need some information about your operating system so for those of you that are having problem can you please post the answers to the following questions.
1) What operating system do you use
Windows 95
Window 98
Windows ME
Windows 2000
Windows XP
Windows XP Pro
Windows Vista
Apple
2) What version of Internet explorer are you using (go to help and then about and the version will be shown.
3) Are you using a different explorere such as netscape?
Once I have all your replies I will try and see if there is a common factor and then hopefully will be able to give you the answer
Kind regards
Keith
About one third of the PM's I get just go to the Forumer or whatever that is.Then I cannot get past that and not read them. I use windows 2000 and use AOL 9.0 Security Edition. tina sullwold
Hi Tina
Trty using Internet explorer, as AOL is not compatible with this forum
Keith
I get PM's, but they always go into my message center for trash and there is no address to approve so they can come to my inbox. Just wondering? I have windows ME. I try and check every day to see there is nothing in the message center that is good, but would like the messages from the PM's to come in to my inbox.
Thanks,
Charlene

Hi Charlene
I am not sure if this will work but try it anyway
In outlook express got to tools, then message rules, then blocked senders.
I now expect that DCC will be listed in there, remove it and all should now be OK (I hope)

Thanks Keith.........Maybe all will be well now.......Charlene
Hi Keith just a little advice please. I have not had a problem with personal messages before but it is saying it was full, so I deleted most of my messages recieved and just left 8 that I am still dealing with but now it says I am 87% full with 65 out of a possible 75 messages stored. Can you tell me where they are and how do I find them Im not very sure about working the computer but can only see 8 messages on the screen? Thanks in advance. Gail XXX
Gail follow these instructions.
1. Look below the Doll Chit Chat banner and click on New Messages.
2. Look on your left and you will a box titled Menu and below that it will say Compose New Message,Go to Inbox and Sent.
3.Click on Sent and delete all your stored messages.
4.Now if you don't want to keep your messages in your Sent message folder all you do is write your message like you normally do then scroll down.
5.Before you click send message you will see above that 2 boxes one called Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder and the other will say Track this message?
6.Unclick the box Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder before you click Send Message then it will not store it leaving you more room in your inbox.

Thank you for that Liz, I managed to sort it out. I never realised it backed up in a file after I had deleated it I kept wondering why it was still filling up.
