Grrrrr!!!!!!!!

Paypal are saying we have to provide merchant information/business ect

We have a premier account and in no way are we approaching the limit of money recieved...but they say we are

I have emailed them and been reassured we must
proceed and it won't affect anything (fees ect)
But when I look at the drop down menu at the categories of our non exsistent business there is none I could choose
I am not a reborn artist and only sell occasionally household items like ornements old exercise equipment a dyson part that was unused from our last dyson and sometimes a doll.....all purely to help fund buying another doll!

Can anyone enlighten me before I go crazy?

Edited to add..during the course of scouring the ebay help boards I came across a reply that said later this month ebay are bringing in a mutual feedback withdrawal option!
Good if they deliver eh?

I had this a while ago...I ended up dealing with them by phone, rather than emails. The person I spoke to was very helpful...and all has been well since.
Hope this has helped....I felt like you, but once it's sorted you will feel much better!!

I rang the number given to me in their reply to my email...and I got an automated voice and ended up hanging up.

I had the same problem, it dragged on for months and eventually they stopped me selling. They insisted I was a business when I wasn't.
In the end I upgraded to business and within two weeks they changed it back to Premier, go figure lol
They lost out though because I haven't sold on there since ! xxxx

Maryjo this is exactly how I am starting to feel!

They are holding (us to ransome actually ) £70 of our money pending our account being 'sorted' out, when in point of fact there is absolutely nothing wrong with our account...they just want us to be a business when we're clearly not!

I'm off to gobble some painkillers for this headache
