your so handling it with a lot more grace than i could tina .. i would be over there spitting in her eye by now good for you for speaking up (i know it wasnt a desision you made lightly)and by doing so warning other artists of the potential of theft of their beautiful babies too ......all very iffy to be treated like a meal ticket when all you ever were was kind... what goes round comes round....................

This is so horrible!!!! How can people be so evil??? I hope you can cross post this on as many other doll boards as possible, so it doesn't happen to anybody else. I have seen her post many times on dollfan, so hopefully she doesn't do the same thing there too!! I can't believe somebody would do something like that. I would be afraid that she has another set of molds that she used, like somebody else said. I would seek legal counsel as soon as possible if I were you!! If nothing else, at least you would be safe. I am sooo sorry that this has happened to you!!

I'm so sorry, I just wanted to help Chiara, now I understand I done a big mistake and I would like to apologize to Tina Kewy, I just mailed her but I want and need to confess PUBLICY ; you are all right SHAME ON ME, I REGRET SO MUCH, I JUST WANTED TO HELP CHIARA
I did not buy any of these 2 dolls, just told about the offer to 2 members on DF, I know now it was very wrong ; I will assume my mistake

Alienor, I admire you for your Honestly, I believe that you did not realise what could happen in this difficult situation and I belive you that you were trying to help out a friend of yours. I also think you did not know the full story behind the trouble that Tina had had with Chiara and maybe you were the innocent party in all this. I do hope so!

It was me that told Tina as I felt it was the correct thing to do! I am an artist and I know how expensive it is to produce silicone editions and I know how I would feel if someone had reproduced my work without my knowledge. I had no choice other than to try and protect Tina as a fellow artist and I would like to think that someone would have done the same for me if it ever arose. It is very very bad what Chiara has done and for all we know she could have produced many more babies from Tinas mould that she said she was unable to do! Hopefully all this has stopped her in her tracks and no damage has been done. This has caused Tina a considerable amount of stress and worry that was not necessary if Chiara had of been honest with Tina from the Begining. She could have ruiend Tina by selling these dolls! Luckily there were only two produced and Tina is getting them back so hopefully this has all resolved itself and no more need be said unless Tina does not get the parts back. Tina will be able to put this behind her and continue with her excellent work and be able to sleep at night and but the worry behind her. I HOPE THAT CHIARA DOES NOT SLEEP FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND HAS ONE HELL OF A CONCIENCE FOR WHAT SHE HAS DONE. I do not normally get involved with issues and like to keep myself to myself but there was absolutly know way that I could let this pass up without informing Tina purley because I too am an artist and a human being with a concience and I couldnt live with myself if I had not of informed her and also I know how this must have been affecting Tina.

I do hope this is the end of the matter and everything is resolved!

It's OK Alienor, glad you came forward :) Since you didn't buy these dolls, no harm done. You didn't know they were produced without my OK and she wasn't supposed to have them.
And thank you Marcia for telling me :)
As long as I get the parts back, all is ok.... I just want to put this behind me.

Once again I have my mouth hanging open because of more decetful dealings in the doll world. It is shocking. This is supposed to be an innocent, fun hobby, and I am so thankful for the wonderful artists who make this all possible.
I am so sorry for your trouble Tina. I don't mean to put anymore bad thoughts in your head, but are you sure that only 2 dolls were made? I am not well schooled in the silicone doll process. Is there a way to tell from the mold?
I am so looking foward to your Wide Eyed Wonder kit. LOL I have more than a couple on pre-order.
