Thank you so much everyone. I have just got back from the hospital and Mum is feeling a lot more comfortable at the moment. Going back this afternoon, Jen has an appointment so I can fit a visit in around that. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you everyone for your good wishes and support, it really helps. Drs are deciding if Mum will be able to cope with an op once her inflamed pancreas and gall bladder have settled.
My brother is up and walking about a bit around the hospital (he has such severe swelling and pain in every joint in his body, that it is very hard for him to move when he gets an attack)
My Sis is having her op in Hull on Monday at 4 pm.

Maryjo I am it seems in life that sometimes bad things all come at once,It must be a huge pressure on you. I do hope all will be well again soon. XXXX

Hi Veronica, my brother has very severe rheumatoid arthritis, his joints are terribly inflamed and mis-shapen. He has had it since he was in his early 30s.
My sister has tumours attached to the outer skull, we don't know what they are yet.

Thanks Jackie and Linda. I'm very worried about Mum, she hasn't been allowed to eat anything, her last meal was a dry piece of toast last thursday. She seems to be so weak and was very down today.
I'm managing to go twice a day, I want to stay with her but can't leave Jen for too long with Hubs.
