My comments were a factual account of my experience of dealing with the DiscoverDolls business. They were NOT a personal attack against the owner. Therefore I see no need for you to leap to her defence.....

I appreciate hearing everyones positive experiences and whilst I agree that the magazine IS brilliant, I will stand by my view that in my experience the customer service was poor. I didn't have one bad experience, I had 4/6.

How many children or any other 'outside' factors that affect Cathy has to contend with ( while I can understand AND sympathise) should not affect my business transaction with her.

I have three young children, I work full time and I participate in the running of my husbands business...I DO know what 'busy' means and sometimes I don't have the time to constantly chase purchases I've made!

I think the difference here is that I don't know Cathy at all. My comments were not hostile or personal and I don't think her friends need to 'put me in my place' either!

I also think that Cathy is doing a fantastic job - I looooove the magazine, and it is the only doll magazine that I really love, so I do hope that it will be available for years ahead, as it will be hard to miss!!!

A lot of the ladies who have responded are good personal friends of mine, and they just know that I do take stuff like this to heart.

These lovely ladies are just trying to stick up for a friend, and for that I would like to thank them.



I do understand where you are coming from though debzluvzdollz and I am sure I would feel the same in your shoes.
I appreciate that the comments are aimed at how I conduct my business and not at me as a person, its just sometimes, after the end of a long day, its kind of hard to seperate the two! I have taken your comments on board though.

I have apologised, I have explained, and I am currently working at setting things right.
There is little more I can do at this moment in time, apart from get my butt off DCC and back to processing orders so that I don't get more threads like this!!

Although it does hurt, I guess its always good to have a little "feedback" to make sure that problems are continually being corrected.

I would appreciate if this thread could come to a stop now.
