can anyone tell me how to make the limbs on a baby with a un disk jointed body move please?

they are stuck - ive tried to loosen the ties but the limbs fall off

i want to be able to turn them so i can pose her - she is laying to attention at the moment lol

the body is doe suede and her limbs are full and like a rubber so they are fighting with each other and just will not move around so cant put arms above head etc

i would say change the body to a jointed one

Thanks Cath - I tried that and put a 18 inch body on her but she looks so bulky in a disk jointed body she is all shoulders and hips lol

The kit comes with a non jointed body and i see from trawling ebay that most artists are using them instead of disk jointed ones

Perhaps i ought to try a smaller disk jointed body this may make a difference she is totally unposable at the moment!

yep I would say get her a jointed body, bev does good ones and there is a lady on ebay that do them to your specifications, if you tell her what doll you have, she would be able to advise you what size, and she is very reasonably priced to, you can even get ones with lace in the end bits and bottom of the leg bits. Or as I said bev does good bodies to.
