Poor Tetti has a poorly arm!

Since I first got her she has stiff arms, one has eased up & now moves smoothly, but the other had seemed to get worse...

When I was changing her yesterday I noticed this :





I cant get the arm up any higher than her shoulder as this piece of ripped vinyl stops the movement - so I think if it were forced it would snap completely off..

I am hoping I can get her fixed by Himstedt's like Winni....but I think I may have a frustrating few days ahead like Jackie had

OMG not another one this is becoming a nightmare.!
I am so sorry for you, as with Jackie I think that Himstedt will repair her FOC but it should not happen in the first place.! It seems that the arm joints are being tightened too much. I have three with "tight" arms and I am almost scared to move them after seeing all these breakages. I also have one girl with a loose arm and one with a looser than normal head.! Ugh.! I think if we get to the factory this year I will be taking several for repair.!
Let us know how you get on with Himstedt.

Oh no not another one. How upsetting for you poor ladies. You pay out all that money and then can't even enjoy them as you should be able too. I hope that Annette makes sure this is dealt with as quickly and painlessly as possible!!!
Your right though, this should not happen in the first place, you would think they would check the arms properly before they leave the factory. I am baffled as to how this can happen.

It does upset me, but I am sure like Jackie's Winni that Tetti can be repaired, & at least if all these problems are brought to their attention it should mean that future dolls are improved. It must be a design fault?

I have been really gentle with Tetti, especially since seeing Winni's damage...

Anyway, I now have all the information I need so tomorrow I shall start emailing etc (Jackie has given me good instructions - it helps with her having been through it already herself)

OMG, I feel so sorry for you ladies having that kind of trouble with your new dolls - it shouldn't happen, definitely not, so they've got to repair it at the factory!!!!

OM GOODNESS, I'm so sad for you, this is so worrying, there must be a design fault, please keep us updated.

Oh No This is terrible!!!!! There is definitely something wrong with the joints on the 2007's. Now I will be paranoid when I redress mine, not that I do it that often, once they arrive here I put them in an outfit and thats it for months before I might change them again. Thinking about it, that will mean that I might have this problem in a few months time
