I bought this house at the last Kellham show as I was blown away with the quality of it and I intended to make a shop. It is in brand new condition. Never been touched. The outside is proper stone, the inside floors are real polished wood and it is beautiful throughout. I paid £800 for it. Would accept £650 for it. Would make arrangements to help get it to new owner.
