Well Ive finally ACTUALLY got thro on the telephone this morning and spoken to Claudia Roeseler at A.Himstedt (THANK YOU PAULINA!) and she informs me she has received my emails is VERY busy and will get back to me in a day or so!
So that's a start-Ive sent her down pics of the break and now-can at least KNOW someone is on the case-be it a bit slow!!

So pleased you are getting somewhere Jackie as i know how much you love Winni ,my Winni's arm was very stiff when i got her and i had to uses quite abit of force to get it back down but luckily it has eased now .

I'm so glad you managed to get through, Jackie, but I'm still not impressed with customer service - when you receive an email it only takes a minute to reply that it will be dealt with soon. Fingers crossed they can help your poor Winni

Thank Goodness Jackie! you must be feeling alittle bit better for having had SOME kind of contact with AH at last! Albeit very slow! well done for not giving up! it's a shame you had to do all the chasing though!

I'm so glad you finally had contact with them albeit very slowly.They definately need to improve customer services regarding faults.

"Apologising for Winni's problem and WILL REPAIR HER AND PICK HER UP 22ND JANUARY UPS cannot do before this date as sooo busy"!!!

Her stay in Dolly Hospital has not been given to me.. ..I suppose that'll be the NEXT thread of "Where's My WINNI""!!!! OMG I do hope that it is not!!

I suppose there is one good thing its NOT THE "NHS" or my thread would read.....
